BLOCKING COMBINATION 1 (Forwards & Backwards, Left & Right side)

From left leg in front Gedan barai, step forward Sanbon tsuki, Age uke-Gyakutsuki-Gedan barai, Uchi uke-Kizame tsuki-Gyaku tsuki, Sotouke-Enpi uchi-Uraken, shuto uke-Nukite.

BLOCKING COMBINATION 2 (Left & Right side)

From left leg in front Gedan barai, step forward Sanbon tsuki, step back Age uke-Gyaku tsuki-Gedan barai, spin Uchi uke-Kizami tsuki-Gyaku tsuki, shuffle up back leg then front leg 90 degrees to the right block Sotouke-Enpi uchi-Uraken, shuffle up back leg then front leg step back block shuto uke-Nukite.

KICKING COMBINATION 1

From Kamae with the left leg in front, kick Maegeri with the right leg, step forward, land and kick Mawashi geri with the left leg, step forward and kick Mae geri with the right leg, step forward, land and kick Yoko geri Kekomi with the left leg, step forward and kick Mae geri with the right leg, step forward, land and kick Ushiro Mawashi geri with the left leg, step forward and kick Mae geri with the right leg, step forward, land and kick spinning Ushiro geri with the left leg.

KICKING COMBINATION 2 (Left & Right side)

From Kamae with the left leg in front, kick Maegeri with the right leg, then with the same leg kick Yoko geri Kekomi to the side, then again, with the same leg kick Ushiro geri directly behind, after ushiro geri step back to Kamae with the left leg in front.
