These are Blitz elite sparring mitts with protective thumb. These have only just been released and are a must have for all karateka. These are elite mitts essential for sparring.

Blitz White Karate Elastic

Shin and Instep Pads Only £8.99

These are elastic shin and instep protective pads for use during sparring. They are elasticated so that they can slid over your foot onto your leg and instep. They provide good protection and are long lastig. The only disadvantage is that most competitions don't allow instep protection so these pads would not allowed to be worn.

Blitz White Karate

Elastic Shin Pads Only £7.59

These have the same specification as the shin and instep pads from blitz but without the instep protection. These are allowed in most compeition.
