Testing For Orange Belt With A White Stripe
Once all three tags are achieved, karateka may attempt the full belt. To pass the coloured tags in class each month, karateka need to demonstrate each section as it is coloured below.

KIHON (basics)
OI ZUKI Stepping punch
AGE UKE Upper rising block
GEDAN BARAI Downward block
SOTO UKE Outside forearm block
UCHI UKE Inside forearm block
MAE GERI Front kick
Kumite (sparring)
Sanbon Kumite (3 step sparring)
Jodan (head) & Chudan (body) attack and defend (to Count)
Kata
Kihon kata (Up to the first kiai (shout))
All three sections must be performed when testing for the full belt.
