There is a competition taking place on May the 10th in Guildford Surrey.

It is the Shobu Ippon International and consists of kata, kumite, team kata and team kumite with different catergories relative to grade, age and height (for kumite).

The competition is a well run event with competitors from around Europe and the UK taking part in this open shotokan karate competition. It is a great oppurtunity to gain some valuable experience and meet some great karatekas.
